A type of massage that is therapeutic and relaxing. Deep Tissue offers precise pressure to target your trouble spots. It can help alleviate symptoms of chronic pain, limited range of motion, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, carpel tunnel and more. This is done by focus on an area of concern with slow and deep pressure to reach "deep" layers of muscles. (The ones closest to our bones and organs).
